Moran’s Floor Store & Furniture Showroom Rewards Program 

Join our FREE rewards program and get 15 points for signing up. After that you can earn 1 point for every $10.00 you spend. There's no limit to all the FREE things you can get. Basic program features and participation guidelines. 

  • Get 15 points to sign up with your Email address and agree to receive current announcements about promotions, sales, and rewards included in our program. 

  • Get 1 point for every $10.00 spent on a purchase.  

  • Rewards points will be added to your account in 2 – 5 business days after payment in full and completion/delivery of your order. 

  • Prior orders with Moran’s Floor Store dated before 12/10/2015 do not qualify for rewards points. 

  • Prior orders with Moran’s Floor Store, dated prior to your membership rewards sign up date do not qualify for points. 

  • Gift cards purchased with rewards points may be used on a future purchase only and cannot be used on an existing order with a   balance due. 

  • Proper photo ID is required to verify your account and must be presented to redeem rewards points. 

  • Rewards points are deducted for any item/items returned or cancelled. 

  • Rewards points have no value at any other retailer and can only be redeemed at Moran's Floor Store, Moran's Furniture Store & America's Mattress Gallery 

  • Residential and non-residential purchases or commercial purchase/quotes are excluded from earning rewards points. 

  • Residential and non-residential discounted purchases (classified as volume pricing) do not qualify to earn rewards points. 

  • Rewards points for purchases may only be awarded to the customer account name that is on the invoice. 

  • Rewards points are non-transferable. 

  • Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. 

  • Rewards points cannot be earned on purchase amounts paid with gift cards that were previously earned with rewards. 

  • All participants must be 18 years or older. 

  • Moran’s Floor Store reserves the right to change and cancel available rewards/reward types due to product availability. 

  • We may on occasion, at our discretion offer double rewards points on purchases. To receive double rewards points, purchase must be made in our store located at 2206 Foote Ave. Ext. Jamestown, NY 14701. Phone orders do not qualify for double rewards points.

  • Furniture and mattress purchases that are designated as (closeout, as is, slightly damaged, clearance or display model) do not qualify for rewards points.

 

Moran’s Floor Store & Furniture Showroom Rewards Membership Agreement 

This Membership Agreement is effective December 10th, 2015. 

The Membership Agreement governs your participation in the Program. For purposes of this Membership Agreement and the Program, participation in the Program includes, without limitation, any of the following: (i) registering for the Program, (ii) using a Program card. ),(iii) using, or attempting to use, Program benefits. (iv) requesting that we associate a purchase with your Program account. By participating in the Program, you indicate your unconditional agreement to the terms set forth in the Membership Agreement and the terms set forth in our User Agreement. Please read each of these documents carefully before participating in the Program. Additionally, by participating in the Program, you affirmatively consent to (i) receiving emails and SMS messages from us at the email address or phone number associated with your Program account. 

Program Features  

By participating in the Program, you will be eligible to receive the following benefits: (i) coupons, promotions and offers that we extend to Program customers, (ii) advance notice of advertisements and select coupons, promotions and offers. We reserve the right to offer non-transferable, targeted Program benefits to select Program members based upon purchase history or to encourage Program participation. Your use of Program benefits may be subject to additional terms and conditions and limitations and exclusions may apply. Program benefits may be used only at Moran’s Floor Store, Moran’s Furniture Store & America’s Mattress of Jamestown, NY and may be used only by you, the person to whom the benefit is offered. Your Program card must be associated with your Program account in order to redeem Program benefits. You must present your Program card (or you may choose to provide other acceptable information so that we may look up your Program account when you do not have your Program card with you) in order to use Program benefits and we may refuse to honor Program benefits if you do not do so. Unless otherwise noted in writing, coupons, promotions and offers cannot be used with any other discounts and cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, online purchases. If a purchase is removed from your Program account as a result of you returning a previously purchased item or for any other reason, you may no longer qualify for Program benefits that had previously been offered to you. 

Program Account 

By participating in the Program, you agree to provide and maintain accurate personal information about yourself (including first name, last name, e-mail address and zip code); however, when making purchases from us, you understand that you are not required to provide us personal information about yourself. If, where available, you choose to do so (e.g., for Program account or purchase history look up purposes), it is at your sole discretion and not in response to any request or requirement by us. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Program account. If, at the time you make a purchase, your purchase is not associated with your Program account for any reason, it is your responsibility to have the purchase associated with your Program account within 30 days of the completion of your purchase date. The completion date is when you have taken delivery on all products and your final payment has been made. Any purchase not associated with your Program account within 30 days of the date of purchase will expire and will not be available to associate with your Program account. Purchases made in the prior 30 days can only be associated with your Program account if you have a valid receipt for the purchase. Purchases made prior to the date that you became a Program member cannot be associated with your Program account. If you return any item, that portion of the purchase will no longer be credited to your Program account. We reserve the right to require proof of any purchase, including, but not limited to, an original sales register receipt, in order to associate a purchase with your Program account. Purchases that are determined to be invalid for any reason are subject to disqualification and will no longer be credited to your Program account. 

Modifications and Termination 

We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions set forth herein — including, but not limited to, the Program benefits and the requirements for redeeming them — at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may adversely affect your ability to receive and/or use Program benefits. 

We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, even though termination may adversely affect your ability to receive and/or use Program benefits. You will have the lesser of the then-remaining term of any Program benefit or 30 days from the date Program termination is announced to use any unexpired Program benefit. 

Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of the Membership Agreement, User Agreement and Privacy Policy and all changes made to the Membership Agreement, User Agreement and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that we may make to the Membership Agreement, User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The most current version of the Membership Agreement, User Agreement and Privacy Policy will be available on Moran’s Floor Store’s website and will supersede all previous versions of the Membership Agreement, User Agreement and Privacy Policy. 

General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any person who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Program in a manner inconsistent with the Membership Agreement, User Agreement, Privacy Policy or any federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances. Discontinued participation privileges may result in the loss of all Program benefits. In addition to discontinuance of participation privileges, we shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as we deem necessary in our sole discretion. 

The Program is provided to individuals only. It is fraudulent for any individual or company to direct, encourage or allow individuals to use a single Program account for the purpose of accumulating Program benefits for combined use. Program benefits and Program memberships do not constitute property of any individual and may be revoked by us at any time. Membership, Program benefits and Program cards may not be transferred or assigned, and are not transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise by operation of law. The Program card is our property and it may be cancelled or repossessed by us at any time. Neither Program benefits nor the Program card are redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for the failure to make Program benefits available. We will not issue an accounting of any purchases. If there is no activity in connection with your Program account during any consecutive 12 month period, we may terminate your Program account and we will not be obligated to provide you with Program benefits after the termination date. If you re-enroll in the Program or create a separate membership, you may not transfer your old Program account information to your new Program account. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, earning or redeeming Program benefits, interpretation of the Membership Agreement, User Agreement or Privacy Policy, use of a Program card, or a participant’s compliance with the Membership Agreement, User Agreement or Privacy Policy will be resolved by us in our sole and absolute discretion. This Membership Agreement is effective beginning on December 10, 2015.
